Opportunities + Comprehensive Solutions

Opportunity: Client needed to establish a marketing department for an expanded scope of work contract opportunity. Solution: Establish the department framework which included the development of SOPs for cross functional teams, branding guidelines, and annual marketing strategy. Also managed the stakeholder engagement including client team members, contractors, and subcontractors.

Opportunity: Energy Efficiency company needed a marketing strategy for energy savings program. Solution: Developed two-year integrated marketing strategy for industrial and agricultural program to include: print and digital marketing/advertising, social media, and events. To execute this strategy we assembled a team, conducted market research, and crafted campaigns to develop benchmarks for KPIs.

Opportunity: HVAC manufacturing company needed to develop a marketing strategy to support sales goals. Solution: Developed and rolled out the account based marketing strategy to assist the sales team attain goals with key accounts. This strategy included curating experiential marketing events for key accounts throughout the year and establishing social media accounts, guidelines and strategy.

Opportunity: International nonprofit organization needed to redesign safeguarding process. Solution: Completed process audit to identify the current process as known by users vs. established process, working with internal SMEs to develop improved process and communication plan.

Opportunity: Organization needed a project management solution for a financial management software implementation. Solution: Managed the implementation roll out process of the select financial management software. Established the project plan, risk log, and managed the Stakeholder communications.

Opportunity: Establishing a project management office to manage 60+ programs and $50M budget. Solution: Develop department policies, processes, and procedures as well implement Project Management Information System to manage programmatic work.
